In essence, this film is an audiovisual work. However, sound plays the leading role here to some extent, anticipating generating of images. At the same time, the film is also a play of imagination provoked by the sound. The noises seeping into the protagonist's flat are subject to his individual interpretation, offering random images which interact with each other. Individual sounds deprived of their visual correlations evoke images which are often remote from their sources in reality.
